Why is it so cold out?

I swear, it can’t get any colder outside. Spring should be on its way but noooo it’s below zero again.

My main complaint is that my gas tank is empty again and I hate standing out in the cold waiting for it to fill up.

Oh well. Soon summer will be here and then it’ll be too hot.
